Behavioral Health Job Fair and Career Conference on Jan 21
Beaverton, Ore. – A free Behavioral Health Job Fair and Career Conference will take place on Saturday, January 21 from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm at the Village Church campus, 330 SW Murray Blvd, Beaverton, hosted by Vision Action Network (VAN) with support from Worksystems, Inc.
More than just a job fair, this event offers opportunities for jobseekers, students, and all who want to confront the behavioral health crisis.
Jobseekers and students can benefit from a presentation in Spanish on serving the mental health needs of Latinx/a/o communities, breakout sessions with behavioral health employers on Jobs & Career Pathways, and updates from experts on Policy and Public Investment in Behavioral Health.
Professionals interested in supporting the behavioral health sector in Washington County are invited to attend a Cross-sector Conversation to explore a Behavioral Health Collaborative.
Employers, educators, and organizations interested in sharing info at this event can email glenn@visionactionnetwork.org for information on tabling and other ways to participate.
Participants will be entered into a prize drawing and will have an opportunity to ask questions, network, and meet employers. Advance registration is recommended at bit.ly/behealthjobs2023. Walk-in registration will be available.
