adVANce, an Annual Gathering of Funders and Nonprofits on Jan 24
Beaverton, Ore. – Vision Action Network (VAN) will host its annual gathering of funders and nonprofits, adVANce, on Tuesday, January 24 from 8:30 am-12:00 pm at the Village Church campus, 330 SW Murray Blvd, Beaverton.
adVANce allows nonprofits and funders to explore new partnerships that lead to mutual understanding, successful grant proposals, and more financial resources for their organizations. A total of 22 funders have confirmed attendance, including foundations, corporate funders, and local government agencies.
Registration is required at bit.ly/advance2023 with a nonprofit discount available before January 12.
The ever-popular round-robin conversations between nonprofits and funders will follow an opening panel discussion on Building and Sustaining Collaborative Community-centered Relationships Between Funders and Nonprofits. Panelists from Oregon Food Bank, Raíces de Bienestar, Marie Lamfrom Charitable Foundation, The Uprise Collective, and The Collins Foundation will share how they have shifted approaches, removed barriers, and centered community.
